Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Rhydle. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Description of Service

Rhydle is a mobile profit-tracking application designed for freelancers, small business owners, content creators, and e-commerce sellers. The App allows you to:

• Create and manage business projects.
• Log daily income and expenses across categories.
• View calculated profit, reports, and performance summaries.
• Export financial data for your records.
• Archive and restore projects.

3. Your Account and Data

You may be required to create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the financial data you enter into the App. Rhydle does not verify, audit, or guarantee the accuracy of any data you provide.

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers. You can export all of your data at any time and delete your account whenever you choose. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data storage and deletion.

4. Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account at any time. When you delete your account:

• All your personal data and financial records will be permanently removed from our servers.
• This action cannot be undone. We recommend exporting your data before deleting your account.
• You can delete your account through the App's settings or by contacting us at support@rhydle.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or other users' access.
• Use the App to transmit malware, spam, or harmful content.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, text, graphics, logos, and all other content, is owned by Rhydle and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

7. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of all data, text, and content you enter into the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process and store your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality to you.

We do not claim ownership of your financial data, project names, notes, or any other information you enter.

8. Data Export and Portability

You may export your data from the App at any time using the built-in export features. Exported data is provided in standard formats (such as CSV or XLSX) for your convenience.

Your data is never trapped. We encourage you to maintain your own backups of important financial data, and you are free to leave the App with all of your data at any time.

9. Fees and Subscriptions

Rhydle is currently available as a free application. We may introduce paid features, subscriptions, or premium tiers in the future. If we do, we will clearly disclose pricing before any charges apply, and you will not be charged without your explicit consent.

Any in-app purchases or subscriptions will be processed through the applicable app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) and are subject to their respective refund policies.

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Specifically, we do not warrant that:

• The App will be available at all times without interruption.
• The App is free from errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities.
• Any calculations, reports, or insights generated by the App are accurate for tax, legal, or accounting purposes.
• The App is a substitute for professional financial, tax, or legal advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rhydle and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty US dollars (USD $50), whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rhydle and its officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. You may also delete your account and all associated data at any time through the App's settings or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We recommend exporting your data before deleting your account.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rhydle regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
