Our Story

Why we built Rhydle

It started with a simple, frustrating question: am I actually making money? Here's the honest answer to why this app exists.

Rhydle was born out of frustration. I was tracking profit with spreadsheets and notebooks — and it was a mess. The spreadsheets were complicated to maintain, formulas broke, and after a few months it became impossible to find anything. The notebooks felt personal, but you can't carry one everywhere, and good luck calculating your profit for the last six months from handwritten pages.

The tools that were supposed to help were the thing getting in the way. I didn't need another dashboard with fifty tabs. I needed one honest number.

No complicated dashboards. No vanity metrics. Just honest answers about whether you're actually making money.

Then the obvious hit me: your phone is always in your pocket. So we built what we actually needed — a simple way to log income and expenses, see your real profit, and know your numbers, anywhere, anytime. You type what you made and what you spent, and Rhydle shows you what you actually kept. That's the whole idea.

It's manual on purpose. You enter your own numbers, so you stay close to them. It's built for people running more than one thing, so each business gets its own space and you can finally see which one earns and which one just keeps you busy. And it takes about thirty seconds a day, because a tool you have to fight with is a tool you stop using.

Rhydle is for anyone who tracks profit and wants it to be effortless — the freelancer with clients in three currencies, the seller who can't tell if the store actually clears money after fees, the operator running a few things at once. If you've ever thought "I think I'm making money, but I'm not sure," this is for you.
