We respect your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your Rhydle account, you can do so directly from within the app. The process is simple and permanent — once completed, all your data is erased from our systems.
How to Delete Your Account
Open your profile
Tap on your user profile icon inside the app.
Tap "Delete Account"
Scroll down and tap the Delete Account button.
Provide a reason
Select or enter the reason why you are deleting your account. This helps us improve Rhydle for others.
Confirm deletion
Confirm your decision. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently erase all data we have for you. This includes:
- Your profile information (name, email, avatar)
- All business and income stream data
- Transaction history and profit records
- App preferences and settings
- Any other information stored on your behalf
This action is permanent
Once your account is deleted, there is no way to recover your data. All information is completely and irreversibly removed from our systems. Only the information we need for you is deleted — we do not retain any of your personal or business data after deletion.
